ABOUT ME
I am an Attorney-at-Law based in Ramah, New Mexico. I’ve been practicing law for more than 30 years. You’ll find me carrying a pocket copy of the US Constitution.
Overview
I’m primarily a trial attorney with my practice evenly divided between criminal and civil cases.
On the criminal side, my cases range from DWI to Distribution of Controlled Substances to First Degree Murder.
On the civil side, my cases include civil rights violations, personal injury, real estate disputes, breach of contract, probate matters, and most other noncriminal disputes.
I’m heavily involved in estate planning.
I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in New Mexico. I am also currently active in California.
In addition, I am licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

I am also a beekeeper and have been known to dance a mean waltz - and not just with bees.
I grow jalapeños, and manufacture Willie’s Chiles Sweet Hot Jalapeño products.
